Six months later... Remember the times I said, I would write more, share more, do more? I've shared the past six months with some of you (albeit briefly over the phone or mail) and I've definitely done so much more than I thought I would, but sadly I have not written to you here until today. How are you? Are you enjoying springtime? I'm doing well and spring has brought pretty colors and sweet scents here in Lavender Hill.
We just celebrated my husband's birthday and will soon welcome mine. So here I am reminiscing about last year; thinking about this year and the days in between.

What a bountiful update! I feel brought up to speed somewhat. ;) Thanks for the multitude of pics--I love seeing what's been going on at Lavender Hill and thereabouts.
Thank you Sydney! I can't believe it's been six months... It's good to be back... xoxo
I forgot to mention how ingenious your idea of using an Abthroplogie catalog is for a bookcover
What a beautiful glimpse into your charmed life! Thank you so much for sharing these images and words... You are a true gem!
xoxo Love and Hugs
Hello darling Dom! It makes me smile to know that you are a part of my circle of close friends. BTW, I really enjoyed the chocolate oatmeal cookies you made for me. :) Love- Chelle
Hi Syd! Thanks for commenting about the Anthro book cover. Do you remember the JCrew gift I sent you a couple of years ago? (http://2000milesaway-michelle.blogspot.com/2010/02/message-in-blog.html) I used an Antro catalog for the gift wrap. :) Anthro does a great job with their catalog-- creative styling, beautiful photography and matte/natural looking paper makes it very attractive. I love that I can recycle them in many ways. Love- Holly
