Poilane. I've read and heard all lovely things about this boulangerie. I believe this boulangerie and the Cherche-Midi neighborhood is a special place for Food Network's Giada de Laurentiis. It's where her culinary roots began. Oh, take notice of the chandelier, it's made out of bread! This, as well as the "P" in their loaf is their signature. The ladies were kind to permit me to take a few pictures as most shops in Paris forbid photographing their delicious artwork.
