Hawaiian Honeymoon Cake

I think I made it just the way you like it Angie...

This is my first attempt at this delectable looking cake.  I'm bringing it to the luau held by Angie for the hula classes.  I don't get much practice making cakes and frosting,  so I was a bit apprehensive to bake this without supervision.  I was relieved and happy to see the end result.  Filled with madarin oranges, pineapple, and sweetened coconut, this cake screams luau!
