Martian food? I'm just being silly. I made this once for Melissa who loved it and called it martian food. : ) It's a Filipino dessert called Ginataan Bilo Bilo. It's rice flour rolled it into balls, tapioca, and jack fruit cooked in coconut milk. It's absolutely yummy served warm!
So in case you're wondering what we're up to this Saturday evening, we're multi-tasking. Patrick is studying while having dessert. I'm blogging and eating my share. Come to think of it, this does look a bit like martian food!?
